  • Automatically receive Pappa Fresh at your chosen frequency
  • Get free shipping in Italy every time
  • Modify, pause or cancel at any time

4. Activating the Subscription

  1. Choose the products you prefer
  2. Select "Subscription" at checkout
  3. Choose the delivery frequency
  4. Enter your payment details
  5. Confirm and receive your first delivery

From your personal account you can:

  • Modify products: change recipes or quantities
  • Change frequency: adapt it to your dog's needs
  • Update address: for deliveries to different places
  • Skip deliveries: when you're on holiday
  • Add extra products: snacks or accessories

6. Payments

  • Automatic charge to the registered card
  • Payment 48 hours before shipping
  • Email notification before each charge
  • Option to update your payment method
  • Invoice available in your account area

7. Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription whenever you want:

  • Maximum pause duration: 3 months
  • Request within 48 hours of the next delivery
  • Reactivate with one click
  • Keep your discount when you return

8. Modifying Your Order

You can modify your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Product quantities
  • Recipe types
  • Adding extra products
  • Delivery address
  • Delivery date

9. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • No commitment: cancel whenever you want
  • No penalty: 100% free
  • Last delivery: you receive orders already paid for
  • Immediate confirmation: by email

10. Problems with Your Subscription

In the event of:

  • Declined payment: 3 attempts within 7 days
  • Expired card: notification 15 days before
  • Delivery errors: refund or new shipment
  • Product unavailable: replacement or credit

11. Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery in Italy and worldwide

  • Price changes communicated 30 days in advance
  • Right of withdrawal in accordance with regulations
